The inflatable is rented for the whole period of your event. The inflatables are usually delivered 1 hour prior to your event and picked up 30 minutes to 1 hour after. Accommodations can be made for your event!
We deliver anywhere in the Hamilton and Niagara Region, see our chart for our delivery prices! If your area is not in or would like a more precise price call us and we can give a more accurate quote!
Children from the ages 3-11 are recommended for non-commercial inflatables. Children from the ages 3-16 are recommended for the commercial inflatables.
We currently accept cash, debit, credit, and cheque.

We do offer staffing to stay during the event to supervise. The cost of this service is $20/hr. Otherwise parental supervision is required to ensure safe operation of the inflatable.
If it does rain on the date of your event you can cancel your rental at no cost. Please inform us before we leave to deliver and set up your inflatable! We do offer rain dates and try to accommodate for the inconvenience.
Don't worry. We do all the heavy lifting and take down! All you have to do is sit back and relax!
If the customer wishes to cancel for weather related reasons, a full refund will be provided if it is before the inflatable has been delivered. Leaping Lemur Inflatables has the right to cancel any reservation due to weather. There will be no refunds in price due to foul weather once the unit is delivered. A 72 hour notification of cancellation is required, except due to weather conditions.
There will be additional fees if there is any purposeful damage of any kind or clean up required. Clean up can consist of food or other related products that should not have been on the inflatables. Fees can vary on the extent of the damage or clean up.
